堵水剂SXK 0 1是以改性氨基树脂为主剂 ,复合以聚丙烯酰胺胶乳和消泡剂等形成的新型树脂类堵水剂。研究确定了堵剂最佳配方组成 ,考察了温度、交联剂用量与堵剂液固化时间的关系 ,进行了岩芯封堵试验。SXK 0 1自 1996年以来已在华北、中原油田多口井进行了多种目的的现场试验。本文介绍了中原文南油田两口油井堵水和一口注水井调剖的情况和良好效果。
Plugging agent SXK 0 1 is a modified amino resin as the main agent, a combination of polyacrylamide latex and defoamer formed a new type of resin plugging agent. The optimum formulation of the plugging agent was determined. The relationship between the temperature, the amount of crosslinking agent and the curing time of the plugging agent was investigated. The core plugging test was carried out. SXK 0 1 Since 1996, field tests have been carried out for various purposes in a number of wells in the North China and Zhongyuan fields. This paper introduces the situation and good effect of water plugging of two oil wells and profile injection of one oil well in Wennan Oilfield, Central Plains.
