以两相反应式步进电动机结构及其电磁回路特点为基础,分析了步进电动机数学模型,讨论了步进电动机传递函数的建立。该传递函数直接离散化是不能保持原系统输出的变化规律的,因此在输入端加入一个零阶保持器。深入分析了增量式PID控制器的设计,提出了一种应用Lab VIEW软件对步进电动机控制系统进行仿真的方法,并通过数据采集卡PCI-6024E和控制板SC-2075板将输出信号传递给型号为L298N的驱动板来驱动实验用两相反应式步进电动机。仿真和实验结果与理论分析一致,验证了该方法的合理性和有效性,为实际电机控制系统的设计和调试提供了新的思路。
Based on the characteristics of two phase reciprocating stepping motor and its electromagnetic circuit, the mathematical model of stepping motor is analyzed and the establishment of the transfer function of stepping motor is discussed. Direct transfer function of the transfer function is not able to maintain the original system output variation, so add a zero-order retainer input. The design of incremental PID controller is deeply analyzed and a method of simulating the stepper motor control system by using LabVIEW software is proposed. The output signal is transmitted through the data acquisition card PCI-6024E and the control board SC-2075 Driver model L298N to drive the experimental two-phase reciprocating stepper motor. Simulation and experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analysis, which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method and provides a new idea for the design and debugging of the actual motor control system.
