通过对11例阑尾类癌的回顾性探讨，结合阑尾类癌的生物学行为及病理特点，分析了易导致阑尾类癌误诊的原因，重视阑尾切除术中的探查是减少误诊的关键，对已确诊的阑尾类癌应根据生长部位及浸润范围来决定手术方式的观点。
Through the retrospective study of 11 cases of appendiceal carcinoid and the biological behavior and pathological features of appendiceal carcinoid, the cause of misdiagnosis of appendiceal carcinoid was analyzed, and the importance of apprehension in appendectomy was the key to reduce misdiagnosis. The confirmed appendix carcinoid should be based on the growth site and invasive range to determine the point of view of the surgical approach.
