广东省人民代表大会常务委员会关于修改《广东省书报刊市场管理条例》有关条文的规定根据《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》的有关规定,广东省第八届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十二次会议决定对《广东省书报刊市场管理条例》作如下修改:1.将第十八条第(一)项修改为“无经营许可证、营业执照违法经营的,予以取缔,没收出版物和从事非法活动的主要专用工具、设备以及违法所得,并处违法所得2倍以上10倍以下的罚款;转借、出租、转让和买卖经营许可证的,没收持证单位的违法所得,并处违法所得2倍以上5倍以下的罚款,情节严重的,责令停业
