目的了解高校教职工健康体检中各项生化指标异常检出率,以及与性别、年龄及职业的关系,为做好高校教职工医疗预防保健工作提供依据。方法采用全自动生化分析仪对高校3 450名教职工健康体检的各项生化指标进行测定,检测结果按性别和年龄分组进行统计分析。结果 ALT、GLU、TG、UA、BUN、CREA的异常检出率均男性高于女性(P<0.01);TC的异常检出率女性高于男性(P<0.01);LDL-C的异常检出率男女差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男性和女性的各项生化指标异常率均随年龄增长呈上升趋势。教师组、行政管理组、后勤服务组的各项生化指标异常检出率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高校教职工各项生化指标异常检出率与性别、年龄及职业关系密切。
Objective To understand the abnormal detection rate of various biochemical indexes in the health examination of faculty and staff, as well as the relationship with gender, age and occupation, and to provide the basis for the prevention and care of medical staff in colleges and universities. Methods The automatic biochemical analyzer was used to measure the biochemical indexes of health examination of 3 450 teaching staff in colleges and universities. The test results were statistically analyzed according to sex and age groups. Results The detection rate of ALT, GLU, TG, UA, BUN and CREA in male was higher than that in female (P <0.01). The detection rate of TC in female was higher than that in male (P <0.01) There was no significant difference between male and female rate (P> 0.05). Abnormal rates of biochemical indexes in both males and females are increasing with age. There were significant differences in abnormal detection rate of biochemical indexes between teachers’ group, administrative management group and logistics service group (P <0.05). Conclusion The abnormal detection rate of biochemical indicators of faculty and staff in colleges and universities is closely related to gender, age and occupation.
