目的:研究金英胶囊对大鼠子宫内膜炎症和炎性粘连的影响。方法:选择未交配雌性大鼠,随机分为空白组、手术组、模型组、妇炎净胶囊组、金英胶囊低、中、高剂量组。通过在大鼠子宫内注射苯酚胶浆制作子宫炎症及内膜粘连模型。造模后连续给药20天,取大鼠尾静脉血检测白细胞,并在显微镜下观察子宫病理学变化。结果:妇炎净胶囊组、金英胶囊高、中、低剂量组大鼠外周血白细胞计数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);妇炎净胶囊组、金英胶囊不同剂量组大鼠子宫内膜炎症和炎性粘连改善情况均优于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量金英胶囊对子宫内膜炎症和炎性粘连的改善作用优于妇炎净胶囊,中剂量金英胶囊的改善作用与妇炎净胶囊相似,低剂量金英胶囊的改善作用稍差于妇炎净胶囊组。结论:金英胶囊能改善大鼠因苯酚胶浆所致的子宫炎症及炎性粘连,可促进子宫内膜修复,保持宫腔通畅。
Objective: To study the effects of Jinying capsules on endometrial inflammation and inflammatory adhesion in rats. Methods: Unpaired female rats were randomly divided into blank group, operation group, model group, Fuyanjing capsule group and Jinying capsule low, medium and high dose groups. Uterine inflammation and endometrial adhesion models were made by injecting phenol glue in rat uterus. After continuous administration for 20 days after modeling, white blood cells were taken from the tail vein of rats and the pathological changes of the uterus were observed under a microscope. Results: There was no significant difference in peripheral blood leukocyte count between Fuyanjing capsule group and Jinying capsule group (P> 0.05); Fuyanjing capsule group and Jinying capsule group Endometrial inflammation and inflammatory adhesions were better than the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); high-dose Jinying Capsules on endometrial inflammation and inflammatory adhesions improved better than Fu Yan Jing capsule , The effect of Jinying Capsule in improving the dose was similar to that of Fuyanjing Capsule, and the improvement effect of Jinying Capsule with lower dose was slightly worse than Fuyanjing Capsule group. Conclusion: Jin-Ying capsule can improve the rat due to phenol glue-induced uterine inflammation and inflammatory adhesions can promote endometrial repair and maintain uterine smooth.
