目的了解病毒入胞、内含体逃逸等机制,从中得到启发为进一步设计开发高效智能、仿病毒载药工具提供帮助。方法纵观在长期的进化过程中病毒因宿主的杀伤压力,为生存、复制延续所形成的独特的跨膜、内含体逃逸以及亚细胞器定位等本领,揭示其给我们在仿病毒载药多肽设计开发方面的启示。结果与结论对病毒感染机制全面、深入的了解,有助于我们利用病毒逃避宿主杀伤机制,为设计、研发高效率非病毒载药多肽提供新思路。
Objective To understand the mechanisms of virus entry and inclusion body escape, and to get inspiration for further designing and developing efficient intelligent and virus-like drug delivery tools.
