教育部提出职业教育走“工学结合、校企合作”发展道路,以市场为导向,面向社会。通过对国家关于职业教育政策的解读,总结职业教育的发展经验,发现我国职业教育发展指导思想与4R营销理论高度一致。那么,职业学院应该和用人单位建立长期友好的合作伙伴关系,共同努力把职业学院的学生培养成为合格人才。
The Ministry of Education proposed that vocational education should take the road of “combination of work and study, cooperation between school and enterprise”, market-oriented and society-oriented. Through the interpretation of the national policy on vocational education, summed up the experience of the development of vocational education and found that the guiding ideology of the development of vocational education and 4R marketing theory are highly consistent. Well, vocational colleges and employers should establish long-term friendly cooperative partnership and work together to vocational college students to become qualified personnel.
