试验选用初始体重为(44.34±1.58)g的津新鲤1 260尾,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复70尾鱼。6组饲料分别含有豆油、鸡油、玉米油、棕榈油、菜籽油、棉籽油。饲养8周后探讨饲料中不同脂肪源对津新鲤生长、相关脂代谢酶活性及脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)、脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)基因表达的影响。结果表明:玉米油组的相对增重率、特定生长率及蛋白质效率显著高于其它5组(P<0.05),但玉米油组饵料系数则最低。不同脂肪源饲料对肝胰脏及肾脏中LPL、肝脂酶(HL)、总脂酶(GE)、脂肪代谢酶活性影响很大(P<0.05),且玉米油组酶活性均最高;各组肝胰脏及肾脏FAS变化不大(P>0.05)。从基因表达来看,玉米油组更容易诱导和调节肝胰脏和肾脏中FAS及LPL m RNA的表达(P<0.05),再次投喂后6 h,肝胰脏和肾脏中LPL m RNA表达丰度均达到峰值,而肝胰脏中FASm RNA表达丰度达到最低值,肾脏中FAS m RNA表达丰度逐渐下降。总之,玉米油可作为津新鲤优质脂肪源。
A total of 1 260 Jin Xin carp with an initial body weight of (44.34 ± 1.58) g were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 70 fish in each replicate. The 6 groups of feed contain soybean oil, chicken oil, corn oil, palm oil, rapeseed oil and cottonseed oil respectively. After feeding for 8 weeks, the effects of different fat sources on the growth, the activities of related lipid metabolism enzymes and the expressions of fatty acid synthase (FAS) and lipoprotein lipase (LPL) genes in feed were studied. The results showed that the relative weight gain rate, specific growth rate and protein efficiency of corn oil group were significantly higher than those of the other 5 groups (P <0.05), but the corn oil group had the lowest food coefficient. The activities of LPL, hepatic lipase (HL), total lipase (GE) and lipase activity in hepatopancreas and kidneys were significantly different among different fat sources (P <0.05), and the activity of corn oil group was the highest Group FAS little change in hepatopancreas and kidneys (P> 0.05). From the perspective of gene expression, the expression of LPL m RNA and LPL m RNA in hepatopancreas and kidneys were more likely to be induced and regulated by maize oil group (P <0.05) at 6 h after re-feeding The abundance peaked, while the FASm RNA expression in liver and pancreas reached the lowest value, and the expression of FAS m RNA in kidney decreased gradually. In short, corn oil can be used as high-quality fresh fat carp source.
