冰箱,已成为千家万户都离不开的“生活伴侣”,尤其是炎热的夏季,它为每个家庭提供了诸多的方便,改善了老百姓的生活质量。但因使用上的误区,也让许多人尝到了冰箱带给他们的痛苦。其实,食物放入冰箱内并不等于进了“保险箱”,有时倒可能成为细菌新的繁殖地。这是因为低温环境,特别是温度为4℃~6℃的冰箱冷藏室,只能减慢微生物的生长繁殖,而不能彻底杀灭它们。一旦温度适宜,微生物便可“复活”。因此,学会正确使用冰箱,会使我们获得更安全、更卫生、更营养的食物。
