应用正交表试验设计法,研究了制备工艺对MnBi薄膜磁光优值的影响。试验结果表明,Mn对Bi的比值、热处理温度、以及这两者的交互作用对磁光优值有显著影响,其中交互作用的影响特别显著;其余三个工艺因素(热处理时间、离子轰击、和冷阱种类)在被考察的水平范围内对磁光优值没有显著影响。此外,本文还提出一种测量光吸收系数的方法,它可以用来测量光密度较大的薄膜,并且只要在测量Faraday旋光的装置上稍加改装即能实现,因而能够方便地在同一台设备上测量薄膜的磁光优值。
The influence of the preparation process on the magneto-optical merit of MnBi thin films was studied by using orthogonal test design method. The experimental results show that the ratio of Mn to Bi, heat treatment temperature and the interaction between the two have a significant effect on the magneto-optical merit, and the interaction is particularly significant.
