2011年8月云南省水产技术推广站与元江县鱼种站对苏氏圆腹人工繁育技术进行联合攻关,在人工催产、孵化技术方面取得了重大突破,孵化鱼苗100万尾,实现了该鱼苗种的批量生产。通过测量,该鱼的相对怀卵量在73~109粒/g;水温为30℃条件下,催产药物效应时间12~13h;发育有效积温为2100h.℃;采用孵化桶孵化方式效果较为理想;孵化水温控制在27~31℃,最佳孵化水温为30℃。对人工繁育技术和经验进行总结,为今后实现苗种的批量生产提供参考。
In August 2011, Yunnan Provincial Fisheries Technology Promotion Station and Yuanjiang County Fish Seed Station jointly tackled the artificial breeding technology of the Absidactis Suaeda with major breakthroughs in artificial spawning and hatching techniques, hatching 1 million fish fry and realizing the Fry seed production. The relative fecundity of the fish was between 73 and 109 grains / g at the water temperature of 30 ℃, the effective time of the drug was 12 to 13 hours and the effective accumulated temperature was 2100h. The hatching method of hatching barrel was more effective. Incubation temperature control at 27 ~ 31 ℃, the optimal incubation temperature is 30 ℃. The technology and experience of artificial breeding are summarized, providing reference for mass production of seed in the future.
