The importance of the ability to use spoken language/hearing ability ’purely speaking’ and ’pure listening’ are only the original stages of conversation. Although superficial language behavior has its social role, it is not enough to fully express a meaningful message. In a language learning environment, people want to both understand and apply this transmitted information. Participants must actively participate in ‘listening’, ‘reading’ and ‘speaking’. H.G. Widson (1978) made a brilliant exposition of the essence of the dialogue. ‘Listening’ is an activity that attempts to form a relevant response and strives to make correct interpretations. ‘Say’ is an act that takes a proactive attitude and makes effective contributions. ’Talking’ refers to other meaningful auxiliary language acts. In schools, ‘purely speaking’ and ’pure listening’ are often excessive, while ‘speaking’ and ‘listening’ are scanty. Bulow
