薪酬在高校人力资源管理中扮演着重要角色,本文就我国高校传统薪酬制度存在的问题分析,对构建高校柔性薪酬制度,提出几点建议与对策。
Salary plays an important role in human resource management in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional salary system of colleges and universities in our country, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on how to construct the flexible salary system in colleges and universities.
