三氮唑核苷为合成的广谱抗病毒药物,其含片的含量测定目前主要采用凯代定氮法。本文用紫外法测定三氮唑核苷及制剂的含量。三氮唑核苷的水溶液(中性)在紫外区具有较强的近末端吸收(λ_(max)207nm),直接用于测定有一定干扰;为此,本文在碱性条件(pH11.0)下,使三氮唑核苷的紫外最大吸收峰位红移至221nm。利用其一阶导数光谱的峰谷一零位值,(λ_谷=225±1nm),消除含片中各种辅料的干扰,测定三氮唑核苷含片的含量。本法简便、快速、准确,可用于该制剂的常规分析。1 仪器与试药UV-260双光束分光光度计(日本岛津);25型酸度计(上海甘泉五金厂)。三氮唑核苷精制品及含片均由本院药厂提供;所用试剂均为分析纯。
