目的探讨血宝对小鼠四氯化碳(CCl4)肝损伤的保护作用机制。方法用CCL4建立小鼠肝损伤模型。实验分正常对照组、CCl4模型组、血宝大小剂量组和联苯双酯阳性对照组。用赖氏法测定血清谷丙转氨酶(sALT)的活力,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平;HE染色检测小鼠肝脏形态学变化。结果血宝能有效降低CCl4引起的小鼠TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平升高,明显减轻CCl4对肝组织的损伤。结论血宝具有抗CCl4所致动物肝损伤的作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Xuebao on liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in mice. Methods CCL4 mice liver injury model was established. The experiment was divided into normal control group, CCl4 model group, Xuebao dose group and Bifendate positive control group. Serum alanine aminotransferase (sALT) activity was measured by Lai’s method. Serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) The level of IL-8 was detected by HE staining. The morphological changes of liver in mice were detected by HE staining. Results XueBao could effectively reduce the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in mice induced by CCl4, and significantly reduce the damage of CCl4 to liver tissue. Conclusion Xuebao has anti-CCl4-induced liver injury in rats.
