随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,企业的资源配置、产品销售、价格调整都在市场的调节下进行。这种客观经济环境,决定了企业的产品生产经销都必须在市场中进行。为了充分发挥企业的市场主体作用,企业必须具备良好的竞争素质,市场必须提供良好的竞争环境,才能保证企业在市场中公平竞争,优胜劣汰,推动市场经济的健康发展。
