组织员工开展劳动竞赛,是工会工作中的一项十分重要的任务。这样可以提高职工的工作主动性,创造性,有利于发挥工人阶级的主力军作用。在新的市场经济形势下,大力开展劳动竞赛即能促进企业发展、提高企业经济效益,还能有效地增强企业凝聚力、向心力,对构建和谐劳动关系、促进和谐社会建设起到积极的作用。笔者从现阶段劳动竞赛存在的主要问题入手,给予新形势下的劳动竞赛一个新的定位,以新的思路来谈如何开展劳动竞赛。
