1.端肩活动(耸肩):可使肩部神经、血管和肌肉放松,活血通络,为颈动脉血液流入大脑提供驱动力。做法:每天早晚做双肩上提活动,上提、放下反复做4~6分钟。2.转颈活动:可增强血管的抗压力,有利于预防中风。做法:两手叉腰,头部自右、上、左、下方向慢慢旋转6圈,然后再反方向慢慢转动6圈。高血压患者必须非常小心。也可改成“搓脖颈”法:两手掌紧按后脖颈,用力向左右来回搓32次。搓毕,右手掌
