本文对气动伺服系统机理建模方法进行了讨论,阐明了气动伺服系统机理建模的原理和特点,着重对控制阀的压力一流量方程进行了实验分析,根据实验结果,提出了流量修正公式。
In this paper, the mechanism modeling of pneumatic servo system is discussed. The principle and characteristics of pneumatic servo system mechanism modeling are expounded. The pressure-flow equation of the control valve is emphatically analyzed. Based on the experimental results, the formula of flow correction is proposed.
