从养殖场金鱼肝脏分离到1株优势菌株,其形态特征和生理生化测试结果表明,该菌为革兰氏阴性杆菌,无动力,氧化酶阴性、接触酶阳性,44℃生长。结合16SrRNA基因序列和系统发育树的分析结果,确定该菌为不动杆菌Acinetobacter bereziniae。药敏试验结果显示,分离菌对新生霉素、强力霉素、亚胺培南、美满霉素、利福平中度敏感;对氨苄西林、左氟沙星、链霉素、庆大霉素、四环素、甲氧苄胺嘧啶、磺胺甲基异恶唑、恩诺沙星等24种药物不敏感。
One dominant strain was isolated from the goldfish liver of the farm. The morphological and physiological and biochemical test results showed that the strain was Gram-negative bacilli with no motility, negative oxidase and positive contact enzymes, and grew at 44 ℃. Based on the analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequence and phylogenetic tree, the strain was identified as Acinetobacter bereziniae. Susceptibility test results showed that the isolates were moderately sensitive to novobiocin, doxycycline, imipenem, minocycline and rifampicin. To ampicillin, levofloxacin, streptomycin, gentamicin , Tetracycline, trimethoprim, sulfamethoxazole, enrofloxacin 24 kinds of drugs are not sensitive.
