[目的]为海陆嫁接棉在江苏沿海地区推广提供科学栽培依据。[方法]以海岛棉比玛为砧木,以陆地棉中棉所75为接穗的海陆嫁接棉为材料,研究不同施肥量和密度对其生长发育和产量的影响。[结果]不同处理对海陆嫁接棉生长发育进程影响不大,对产量影响较大。适度增加施肥量、合理密植有利于提高籽棉产量。[结论]尿素931.5 kg/hm2、三元复合肥486 kg/hm2、过磷酸钙675kg/hm2、菜籽饼2 700 kg/hm2与密度15 000株/hm2的组合海陆嫁接棉籽棉产量最高,僵瓣花率较低,霜前花率较高。这是江苏沿海地区海陆嫁接棉合理的栽培施肥量与密度配比。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide scientific basis for the promotion of land-sea grafted cotton in the coastal areas of Jiangsu. [Method] With sea-island grafted cotton as the rootstock and sea-land grafted cotton with Gossypium hirsutum 75 as the scion, the effects of different fertilizers and densities on its growth and yield were studied. [Result] The different treatments had little effect on the growth and development of grafted cotton on sea and land, and had a great impact on the yield. Moderately increase the amount of fertilizers, reasonable close planting is conducive to raising seed cotton yield. [Conclusion] The combination of urea 931.5 kg / hm2, compound fertilizer 486 kg / hm2, superphosphate 675 kg / hm2, rapeseed cake 2 700 kg / hm2 and density 15 000 plants / hm2 had the highest yield of sea- Petal flow rate is low, flowers before frost rate higher. This is the coastal area of Jiangsu coastal grafted cotton reasonable amount of fertilizer and density ratio.
