柔道运动员的心率均值较低,60次/分以下者比例较高; P—R间期超过0.20秒者的比例较低;Q—T间期均值稍低;P波平坦的少,以双向较多,各导联P波的最大值及大多数导联电压均值都较低;QRS均值稍高;各导联T波的最高值均低于我国运动员。另外,柔道运动员心电图异常改变的出现率比举重运动员高;但比起马拉松运动员其心脏变化小。柔道运动员的心电图变化也与等级关系不大。心电图检查对柔道运动员心脏功能的监测是有意义的。
The mean heart rate of judo athletes was low, with a high proportion of 60 beats / min; the proportion of those with P-R exceeding 0.20 seconds was lower; the Q-T mean was slightly lower; P-waves were less flat, The maximum value of P-wave and the average voltage of most leads of each lead are lower; the mean value of QRS is slightly higher; and the highest value of T-wave of each lead is lower than that of Chinese athletes. In addition, judo athletes abnormal ECG changes occur more frequently than weightlifters; however, their heart changes are smaller than those of marathons. Judo athletes ECG changes also have little to do with the level. ECG monitoring of judo athletes heart function monitoring is meaningful.
