目的:探讨优化运动技巧对脑卒中后步行功能恢复的影响。方法:将136例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组(A组,68例)和对照组(B组,68例),治疗组利用优化运动技巧结合常规康复训练方案,对照组仅给予与治疗组相同的常规康复训练方案,采用简式Fugl-Meyer(FMA)下肢运动功能评分、Holden步行功能分级法进行康复评价治疗效果。结果:2组患者治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后较治疗前改善非常明显(P<0.01),治疗组较对照组改善明显(P<0.01)。结论:采用优化运动技巧强化脑卒中患者步行功能训练,可以更有效改善脑卒中患者步行能力。
Objective: To explore the effect of optimal exercise skills on functional recovery after stroke. Methods: One hundred and sixty-six stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group (group A, n = 68) and control group (group B, n = 68). The patients in the treatment group were given exercise therapy combined with routine rehabilitation training. The same routine rehabilitation training program, the use of simple Fugl-Meyer (FMA) lower extremity motor function score, Holden walking function grading method of rehabilitation evaluation of the effect. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the improvement was better than that before treatment (P <0.01). The treatment group improved significantly compared with the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The use of optimal motor skills to enhance walking function training stroke patients, stroke patients can be more effective in improving walking ability.
