贮煤厂是保持煤矿连续均衡生产和及时满足市场需求的重要场所,兴隆庄煤矿贮煤厂采用2台斗轮式堆取料机完成煤炭的贮、返工作。1改造前的堆取料机液压系统1.1系统构成原液压系统原理如图1所示。两台堆取料机的回转、仰俯机构及悬臂带式输送机张紧装置均采用液压系统进行动力传输。回转、仰俯采用相对独立的两套闭式液压系统,补油泵用以补充两套闭式液压系统的泄漏损失,交换一部分热油到油箱,以限制油温过高,同时为悬臂带式输送机张紧装置补充压力。
