高频电磁辐射对大鼠血脑屏障的影响及参力胶囊防护作用

目的:由于高频辐射技术的大量应用,从业人员逐渐增多,高频辐射对人体健康的影响正成为一个刻不容缓亟待解决的问题。据大量文献报道,高频辐射可使生物体多个系统及器官受损,海马组织更是非常敏感。参力胶囊有提高机体免疫力的功效。它对高频辐射导致睾丸等其他组织器官的损伤具有明显的防治作用。参力胶囊,主要成份为黄芪%人参%灵芝孢子粉,有增强免疫力,抗辐射的功用,是一种无毒副作用的纯中药制剂。有研究表明,参力胶囊对辐射损伤造成的造血功能障碍有修复作用,并对辐照中的胸腺和脾脏有一定的保护作用。血脑屏障是介于血液和脑组织之间,对物质通过有选择性阻挡作用的动态界面。其发挥功能的结构基础是脑毛细血管内皮细胞及其间的紧密连接。方法:选用成年,雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分为对照组、非防护辐照组、高剂量药物防护组、低剂量药物防护组,每组10只。选用高功率、大剂量、长时间连续的辐照源对实验动物进行定位辐照。采用以硝酸镧为通透性示踪剂,在透视电镜下观察海马区血脑屏障通透性及超微结构。结果:镧颗粒平均直径为0.4×10-9m,通常情况下,它不能通过细胞间的紧密连接,无法通过细胞膜上平均直径仅1.8×10-11m的小孔。仅滞留于毛细血管腔内,不能透过血脑屏障。但本课题采用的是高功率、大剂量、长时间连续照射,如果镧颗粒突破了血脑屏障,则说明此电磁辐射发射的功率能使大鼠血脑屏障的结构遭到破坏,通透性升高,从而证实海马区域受损,导致大鼠行为学发生改变。结论:通过探索高频辐射对生物体的损伤效应及防护方法,来总结高频辐射对人体的损伤及如何预防,摸索总结出一套适合我国高频辐射工作场所防护的有效方案,完善我国在该领域的研究,真正解决高频辐射工作场所工作人员最为关心的问题,减少高频辐射对他们身体的伤害,提高他们的工作实力及效率。 Objective: Due to the large number of applications of high-frequency radiation technology, practitioners gradually increased, the impact of high-frequency radiation on human health is becoming an urgent problem to be solved. Methods: Forty adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group, unprotected irradiation group, high dose drug protection group and low dose drug protection group, with 10 rats in each group.
