~(131)Ⅰ-碘化油作为肝癌的治疗剂,在肝癌病灶中的放射性强度高于正常组织3~8倍,并且贮留时间较长。一年后仍可在肝癌细胞中检测出。现介绍~(131)Ⅰ-碘化油的制备,并分析反应温度、pH值对其影响,选择最佳反应条件及贮存条件。方法:通常,在25ml圆底烧瓶内将Na~(131)Ⅰ与1ml乙醇混合,在搅拌和通N_2气条件下,将混合物在45℃和PEG400(聚乙二醇400)的油浴中加热至干。干品用1ml乙醇放2~5ml碘化油溶解,在80℃加热
