城市商业服务中心空间位置选择的好坏,直接关系到商业服务中心能否最大限度的发挥其效用和实现其自身的利益或价值。而应用地理信息系统的城市商业规划空间分析技术可以为城市商业规划提供强有力的空间数据分析处理手段。本文主要从人口空间分布和交通情况入手,根据人口资源和竞争设施的时间、空间分布及信息、交通等条件,实现商业服务中心定量分析,最终决定大型商业服务中心的区位。
The location choice of city commercial service center is directly related to whether commercial service center can maximize its utility and realize its own interests or value. The application of geographic information system of urban business planning spatial analysis technology can provide a powerful urban spatial data analysis and processing business planning tools. This article starts with the population distribution and traffic conditions. According to the conditions of population resources and competitive facilities, such as time, space distribution, information and transportation, this paper realizes the quantitative analysis of commercial service centers and finally determines the location of large commercial service centers.
