在光的照射下,物质中的电子吸收光的能量而从表面逸出的现象,称为光电效应。为了演示这一效应,我们自行试制具有光敏表面的半导体元件,使可见光照射到该元件和水接触的表面上而产生电动势,来进行课堂实验,效果明显,可见度大,方法简便,现介绍如下: 一、元件制作器材:(1) 尺寸为80×40×1mm的栅状铜丝极;(2)直径为2~4mm、长约100mm的铜棒;(3)大小合适的玻璃容器;(4)水。
Under light irradiation, the phenomenon that electrons in substances absorb light and escape from the surface is called photoelectric effect. In order to demonstrate this effect, our own trial of semiconductor devices with photosensitive surface, so that visible light shines on the surface and the water contact with the element to produce electromotive force for classroom experiments, the effect is obvious, the visibility is large, the method is simple, are described as follows: First, the components of production equipment: (1) a size of 80 × 40 × 1mm of copper wire pole; (2) diameter of 2 ~ 4mm, about 100mm copper rod; (3) the appropriate size of the glass container; )water.
