目的:观察黄栌复方胶囊的镇痛及活血化瘀作用,探讨该胶囊活血化瘀作用的机制。方法:采用小鼠热板法、扭体法观察黄栌胶囊的镇痛作用,并观察其对冰水-肾上腺素血瘀模型大鼠血流变性、血小板黏附性、凝血酶原时间PT、凝血酶时间TT和白陶土部分凝血活酶时间KPTT的影响。结果:黄栌复方胶囊扭体法实验结果表明,与模型组比较,黄栌复方胶囊0.05、0.1、0.4 g/kg对小鼠的30 min内扭体次数显著减少(P<0.01或P<0.05);冰水-肾上腺素血瘀模型大鼠研究结果表明,黄栌复方胶囊0.1g/kg在200、100 mPa/s时,可降低全血粘度(P<0.05);黄栌复方胶囊0.1、0.2 g/kg及阿司匹林组0.05 g/kg,可显著性降低血浆粘度和血栓指数(P<0.05或P<0.01);黄栌复方胶囊0.1 g/kg组可显著降低血小板黏附率(P<0.05),延长PT、TT和KPTT(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:黄栌复方胶囊具有活血化瘀和镇痛作用,其作用程度与阿司匹林相当。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the analgesic effect of Huangpi Compound Capsule and the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and to explore the mechanism of the effect of the capsule on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Methods: The analgesic effect of Huangpi Capsule was observed by hot plate method and writhing method. The effects of Huangpi Capsule on blood rheology, platelet adhesion, prothrombin time PT, thrombin Time TT and kaolin partial thromboplastin time KPTT. Results: The experimental results of writhing method of Huangpi Compound Capsule showed that the number of writhing was significantly decreased (P <0.01 or P <0.05) within 30 min in mice treated with 0.05, 0.1 and 0.4 g / kg of Huangpi Compound Capsules compared with the model group. The experimental results of the ice-water-adrenaline blood stasis model rat showed that the blood viscosity of the Huangpi Compound Capsule 0.1g / kg at 200,100 mPa / s could reduce the whole blood viscosity (P <0.05); Huangpi Compound Capsule 0.1,0.2 g / kg (P <0.05 or P <0.01); 0.1g / kg group of Huangpi Capsule could significantly reduce the rate of platelet adhesion (P <0.05), prolong PT, TT and KPTT (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Huangpi Compound Capsule has the functions of promoting blood circulation and relieving blood stasis and analgesia, its degree of action is comparable with that of aspirin.
