Objective: To study the changes of gastric contents and electrogastrogram under constant pressure perfusion in rats with depression and its significance. Methods: Twenty SD rats were randomly divided into two groups. Rats in the experimental group were deprived of electrical stimulation (I = 0.8 mA, T = 1 h), while those in the control group were exposed to electrical stimulation for 1 h without stimulation. The patients were treated with regular urethane (1 g / kg) fasting intraperitoneal anesthesia under the condition of constant pressure perfusion of esophageal intubation (4 cm H2O, 6 cm H2O, 8 cm H2O) Physiological experimental system records electrogastrogram. Results: After gastric perfusion with 4 cm H 2 O, the volume of stomach in experimental group decreased obviously (control group average 36.78 ± 6.21 ml / kg, experimental group average 25.20 ± 6.34 ml / kg; P <0.01); 6 cmH2O and 8 cm H2O perfusion showed no statistical difference. The mean electrogastrogram amplitude was 325.64 ± 110.32 in the control group, μv in the experimental group, 263.77 ± 93.69μV in the experimental group, 3.15 ± 0.52 times in the control group, and 3.30 ± 0.40 in the experimental group. The unstable coefficient was 0.51 ± 0.16, the experimental group was 0.26 ± 0.12. Only the instability coefficient between the two groups have obvious statistical difference. Conclusions: The above results suggest that depression may lead to the decrease of gastric receptivity, which is an important pathophysiological change of functional dyspepsia (FD), which is involved in the occurrence of FD. However, depression does not cause changes in gastric electrical rhythm, Sex expansion has nothing to do.
