将知识整合概念从建立在过去的知识分散性基础上转移到知识离散性基础上,接着分析知识离散性根源:空间离散与认知离散。在此基础上,基于过程视角把解决空间离散的知识编码、知识传递环节归为贡献知识阶段,把解决认知离散的知识解码、知识重组环节归为组合知识阶段,并归纳出影响团队知识整合的四类关键因素:渠道、氛围、动机和能力。最后提出两点管理启示。
The concept of knowledge integration is transferred from knowledge dispersiveness built in the past to knowledge discreteness, and then the root of knowledge discreteness is analyzed: spatial discretization and cognitive discretization. Finally, two management suggestions are put forward.
