电离辐射能引起瘤肿为人所共知。目前由于人们对射线防护有了一定认识,故发病率很低;主要见于长期接触放射源的工作人员或经射线治疗的病人。辐射癌由于照射方式,射线的种类以及放射性物质的生物特性的差异可引起皮肤癌、骨肉瘤、白血病和甲状腺癌等。对于发病机制了解还很少,目前有突变学说,内分泌紊乱学说及病毒感染学说等。
It is well known that ionizing radiation can cause tumors. At present, people have a certain understanding of radiation protection, so the incidence rate is very low; it is mainly seen in workers who have been exposed to radioactive sources for a long time or those who have been treated with radiation. Radiation cancer can cause skin cancer, osteosarcoma, leukemia, and thyroid cancer due to differences in the type of radiation, the type of radiation, and the biological properties of radioactive material. Little is known about the pathogenesis. There are mutation theory, endocrine disorder theory and virus infection theory.
