目前,飞控电池盒的功能性能测试,一般采用手动操作各种仪器仪表进行测试,但是手动测试存在效率低、工序复杂等问题。针对存在的一系列问题,在Microsoft.NET平台上结合C#语言和SQL Sever数据库管理技术,构建了基于.NET的飞控蓄电池盒自动测试系统。在信号测试中采用地址编码方式,能够快速查询异常信号。该系统通过运行试验与数据测试分析,具有良好的实用性、安全性和可维护性,有效地解决因工序复杂导致测试误差的增大、从而影响产品性能的问题,为其他类型的蓄电池性能测试方法提供了借鉴和科学依据。
