透明导电膜电光开关通过合理的结构设计可以实现高效的热管理,是一种理想的高平均功率开关器件。建立了透明导电薄膜电光开关的模型,采用优化的开关设计参数分析开关的时间特性和热效应。仿真结果表明,开关上升时间达到标称时间要求;在高平均功率负荷下,晶体温升所导致的退偏损耗对开关性能的影响很小。该构型的薄膜电极电光开关可以应用于重复频率运转下的高功率激光系统。
Transparent conductive film electro-optical switch through a reasonable structural design can achieve efficient thermal management, is an ideal high average power switching devices. The model of transparent conductive film electro-optic switch was established. The optimal switch design parameters were used to analyze the time characteristics and thermal effect of the switch. The simulation results show that the switch rising time reaches the nominal time requirement. Under the high average power load, the influence of the temperature rise of the crystal on the switching performance is small. The thin-film electrode electro-optic switch of this configuration can be applied to high-power laser systems operating under repetitive frequency.
