利用Y-嗅觉仪测试不同生理状态(性成熟和性未成熟)番石榴实蝇Bactrocera correcta(Bezzi)两性成虫对系列质量分数(1%,3%,5%,7%,9%w/w)甲基丁香酚(ME)溶液、系列质量分数ME溶液与醋酒溶液(醋∶酒∶水=12.5%∶25%∶62.5%(w/w),VA)混合液、系列质量分数ME挥发物与糖醋酒溶液(糖∶醋∶酒∶水=2.5%∶12.5%∶25%:60%(w/w),SVA)气味混合物的反应。结果表明,质量分数在3%以上的ME溶液对性成熟和性未成熟雄虫均有显著引诱效果。饥饿状态下的4日龄性未成熟雌虫以及取食状态下的4~6日龄性未成熟雌虫均能对5%ME溶液产生显著反应。ME+VA混合液对性成熟雄虫和性未成熟雌虫均有显著引诱效果。SVA气味与5%ME溶液的挥发物混合后能显著加强5%ME溶液对性成熟雄虫的引诱效果。5%ME与SVA、7%ME与SVA的混合气味均比单一ME溶液对性未成熟雌虫有更强的引诱效果。

The SVA odor combined with the volatiles of 5% ME solution significantly enhanced the attractiveness of 5% ME solution to sexually mature males. The mixed odors of 5% ME and SVA, 7% ME and SVA were more attractive than the single ME solution to the female.
