一、菌根功能及作用机理1.菌根能加速树木生长。2005年,河北省苏木营林场采用菌剂处理,发现对白皮松苗高、地径、干质量、侧根等方面有显著的促生作用,并且提高了苗木氮、磷、钾及叶绿素的含量。另外有研究发现,外生菌根对辽东栎幼苗的生长有明显的促进作用,有菌根幼苗的生物量、株高均高于无菌根幼苗,有菌根幼苗的氮磷含量分别为无菌根幼苗的1.7倍和2.2倍。
