班主任作为学生德育教育的实施者,应当把班级辅导纳入班级管理的范围,借助班主任的工作特点,担当学生心理健康的引导者,以确保学生能够身心健康地茁壮成长。
Class teacher as the implementer of student moral education should include class tutoring in the scope of class management, relying on the characteristics of the class teacher to act as a guide for students’ mental health, so as to ensure that students can thrive physically and mentally.
