2010年7月,根据省委组织部统一安排,我到邹平县韩店镇波店村任村党支部书记,滨州市公安局刘强同志任副书记。到任后,在全体村民的大力支持下,我们坚持在岗在位、边干边学,大胆开展工作,立足本职做了一些力所能及、群众认可的工作,波店村的面貌发生了较大变化。2011年,波店村由一个难点村成功创建为省级文明村,实现了由后进村到先进村的转化。
In July 2010, according to the unified arrangement organized by the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, I went to the Party branch secretary of Anyun Branch of Bo Diancun, Handian Town, Zouping County, and Liu Qiang, deputy secretary of Binzhou Public Security Bureau. After taking office, with the strong support of all the villagers, we insisted on reemployment, learning by doing, working boldly, doing some work based on our own capabilities and recognized by the masses, and the appearance of Bo Dian Village changed greatly. In 2011, Bo Dian Village was successfully established as a provincial-level civilized village by a difficult village and transformed from backward village to advanced village.
