近年,利用GPS装置收集动态路网交通信息的浮动车系统受到了世界各城市的广泛关注。日本实践表明:尽管浮动车系统的动态旅行时间信息和长期旅行时间分布等信息融合可以提高旅行时间预测的精度,然而该方法难以体现和预测由交通管制或者道路施工引起的非周期性交通拥堵,以及由此引发的时间延误。日本VICS交通信息收集系统可提供由交通事故和道路施工引起的实时交通管制信息。本研究提出了一种简单的由VICS提供的实时交通管制信息与从浮动车系统获得的旅行时间信息的数据融合算法,并通过在名古屋市进行的实证实验显示该算法可使旅行时间预测精度提高约6.4%。
