近年国外报道应用利福平治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化和其它原因引起的慢性胆汁淤滞所致搔痒。笔者试治5例效果良好,现报告如下: 资料与方法5例病程2月～3年。壶腹岗围癌1例,胆汁性肝硬化2例,胰头癌2例。5例均经B超、X线、经皮肝胆管造影及化验确诊,总胆红素平均111.15μmol/L,AKP平均0.5μmol.s~(-1)/L(30金氏U),GPT94U均用过抗组织胺药物治疗效果不佳。

The total bilirubin was 111.15μmol / L, the average AKP was 0.5μmol.s / (-1) / L (30GU), GPT94U Antihistamine drugs have been used ineffectively.
