本文总结我院近3年来对大肠癌患者进行术后测定血清CEA的经验,发现81.8％的术前CEA升高者,行根治术后降至正常,86％的复发患者有术前或术后CEA升高。本文共分析23例复发时测定了CEA的复发患者,发现远处转移组的CEA阳性率及平均值均显著高于局部复发组,大部分远处转移者的CEA曲线呈迅速上升,而局部复发者则只有小部分有上升趋势,大部分则维持在正常低值。4例存活较长的姑息切除或复发后给予化疗的患者,其CEA曲线均逐渐降至正常并保持在正常值以下。
This article summarizes the experience of postoperative serum CEA in patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital during the past 3 years. It was found that 81.8% of patients with preoperative elevated CEA were reduced to normal after radical resection, and 86% of patients with recurrence had preoperative or postoperative CEA rises. A total of 23 relapsed CEA patients were analyzed in this study. The positive rate and mean value of CEA in the distant metastasis group were significantly higher than those in the local recurrence group. The CEA curve of most patients with distant metastasis increased rapidly and local recurrence was observed. However, only a small part of the population has an upward trend while most of them maintain a normal low value. In 4 patients who survived palliative resection or chemotherapy after relapse, their CEA curves gradually decreased to normal and remained below normal values.
