白细胞介素(ILs)构成激素网络以调节体内外免疫反应的强度和持续时间。在体外,人类外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)培养数天后获得IL-2,具有强力溶解新鲜肿瘤细胞的能力。在体内,低剂量的IL-2亦能激活宿主免疫系统对免疫原性差的肿瘤细胞产生免疫识别作用,并能克服免疫抑制和耐受状态。作者在复习文献基础上,提出了低剂量IL-2对晚期复发性头颈部鳞癌患者进行局部注射治疗,本文报道了治疗20例的效果。
Interleukins (ILs) constitute a hormone network to regulate the intensity and duration of immune responses in vivo and in vitro. In vitro, human peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) acquire IL-2 after culture for several days, and have the ability to strongly dissolve fresh tumor cells. In vivo, low doses of IL-2 can also activate the host immune system to immuno-recognize poorly immunogenic tumor cells and overcome immune suppression and tolerance. Based on a review of the literature, the authors proposed low-dose IL-2 in the treatment of patients with advanced recurrent head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. This article reported the effect of treatment of 20 patients.
