在一些设备简陋的鑄工車间里,目前仍使用着笨重的手动起重設备,如手动葫蘆、搖臂吊等。使用这种设备的最大缺点是:工人劳动量大;生产效率低;設备利用率不高。我厂在大搞机械化的运动中,利用原来的设备——手动葫蘆,略加改进实现了电动代替手动起重,并提高效率1～3倍。又根据花钱少,办大事的方針解决車間起重设备的不足,輔助工段的工人又开动脑
In some poorly equipped foundry workshops, heavy manual lifting equipment such as manual hoists and rocker cranes are still used. The biggest disadvantages of using this kind of equipment are: large amount of labor for workers; low production efficiency; and low utilization rate of equipment. I plant in the mechanization of the movement, the use of the original equipment - manual hoist, slightly improved to achieve the electric instead of manual lifting, and improve the efficiency of 1 to 3 times. In addition, according to the policy of spending less money and running major events to solve the shortage of lifting equipment in the workshop, the workers in the auxiliary section started to use their brains.
