多年来航测在铁路既有线上的应用,一直停留在采用普通测量的一套作业方法搞既有线的线路测量工作和采用航测方法取代平板测图法测绘地形图。这就未能充分发挥航测技术的作用。本文试图探讨一个采用航测内业方法取代既有线测量中的大部分外业工作——里程丈量、中线测量(包括曲线测设)、中平测量等的一种新方法。由于它是一个新的东西,所以它是不完善和不成熟的。故本文的题目称它为“设想”。希望各位专家、各位工程技术人员从理论上予以审阅,并提出宝贵意见。同时,也希望有条件的航测单位从实践上予以检验,并进行补充和修改。进而把“设想”变成一种可行的新方法。
Over the years aerial survey in the existing railway line applications, has been stuck in the use of a common measurement of a set of homework line method to engage in work of surveying and mapping methods and the use of aerial mapping instead of flat mapping mapping topographic map. This failed to give full play to the role of aerial survey technology. This article attempts to explore a new method of replacing most of the field work in existing wireline surveys with mid-air survey (MLM), midline survey (including curve survey) and mid-level survey using aerial survey. Because it is a new thing, it is imperfect and immature. So the title of this article calls it “Assumption.” I hope all the experts, engineers and technicians will review it theoretically and put forward valuable suggestions. At the same time, we hope that qualified aerial survey units will be tested in practice and be supplemented and amended. And then “vision” into a viable new method.
