For Marco Polo has been to China this issue, most people probably prefer to have their credit, but do not want to believe it. The book The Travels to Marco Polo is so well known that it has more than eighty versions and has been translated into dozens of languages, and the book states in no way that it does not exist. A foreigner who had been a guest of honor in the court of the Yuan Dynasty for 17 years and claimed to have “had been personally ordered by the Khanate to govern the city for three years” could not possibly want to eat Chinese fireworks and travelogue It is impossible to evade the most basic cultural product of Chinese food culture. However, after careful scrutiny, it is regrettable that the book fails to give a correct description of the Chinese food culture.
