管理科学研究研究先后经历了古典管理理论、人际关系学说和行为科学理论、现代管理理论和企业文化研究学四个阶段。随着数学和计算机的技术的发展,进入了用数学模型进行定量分析和利用信息网络技术来改造业务流程,加强组织内部各项业务以及组织与外部组织应用及客户间的信息分享、协调和合作过程。这在一定程度上虽促进了管理科学理论的精确化和科学化。但存在着过于迷信数学推理,严重脱离实际,为研究而研究的倾向缺陷。为此我提出了管理科学应继续吸收现代科学技术新进展,加强电子商务管理;进一步与人文管理不断融合,实行柔性管理;与哲学不断结合;研究跨文化管理;与经济学方法经一步融合。
Management science research has experienced classical management theory, human relations theory and behavioral science theory, modern management theory and corporate culture research in four stages. With the development of mathematics and computer technology, it has entered into the use of mathematical models for quantitative analysis and the use of information network technology to transform business processes, strengthen the business within the organization and the organization and the external organization applications and information sharing, coordination and cooperation between clients process. To a certain extent, this has promoted the scientific and scientific management theory. But there is a tendency to be overly superstitious mathematical reasoning, seriously out of practice, and researching. To this end, I proposed that management science should continue to absorb new progress in modern science and technology and strengthen e-commerce management. Further integrate with the management of humanities and practice flexible management. It should continue to integrate with philosophy, study cross-cultural management, and integrate with economics in one step.
