目的观察大鼠支气管肺白色念珠菌感染后血清β-防御素-2(HBD-2)的水平及意义。方法将30只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、免疫低下组(大鼠免疫功能低下模型)及感染组(大鼠白色念珠菌支气管肺感染模型)。应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测白色念珠菌感染后第3天及第7天血清HBD-2水平。结果感染组第3天及第7天血清HBD-2水平明显高于免疫低下组及正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),免疫低下组和正常组之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。且感染组第7天HBD-2水平明显高于第3天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),免疫低下组和正常组第7天HBD-2水平与第3天比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大鼠支气管肺白色念珠菌感染后血清HBD-2水平升高,且随着感染的加重而持续升高,HBD-2可能参与了白色念珠菌感染后的炎症反应。
Objective To observe the level and significance of serum β-defensin-2 (HBD-2) after bronchoal Candida albicans infection in rats. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, immunocompromised group (immunocompromised rat model) and infected group (C. albicans bronchopulmonary infection model). Serum HBD-2 levels were detected on days 3 and 7 after Candida albicans infection by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The level of serum HBD-2 in the infected group was significantly higher than that in the immunocompromised and normal groups on the 3rd and 7th day (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the immunocompromised and normal groups Significance (P> 0.05). The level of HBD-2 on day 7 in infection group was significantly higher than that on day 3 (P <0.05), while the level of HBD-2 on day 7 in immunocompromised and normal groups was no significant difference compared with that on day 3 Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusions Serum HBD-2 levels are elevated after C. albicans bronchialis infection in rats, and continue to increase with the aggravation of infection. HBD-2 may be involved in the inflammatory reaction after Candida albicans infection.
