噻嘧啶和甲苯咪唑是近年来新合成的驱肠虫药物,国内的研究表明,前者对蛔虫病、后者对钩虫病等有良好的治疗作用。为了解不同剂量的噻嘧啶、甲苯咪唑的疗效,以供临床治疗时选择适宜剂量;1978年2～4月,我们在市郊石井公社团结大队进行了现场驱虫试验,并与左旋咪唑、四咪唑及哌哔嗪作比较。
Pyrimethamine and mebendazole are newly synthesized anthelmintic drugs in recent years.
