积极应对气候变化是电力行业发展战略的重要组成部分,是电力行业实现科学发展和促进资源节约型、环境友好型社会建设所肩负的历史使命。电力企业应对气候变化需要汇集行业智慧,形成行业共识,开展行业行动,引导企业努力践行我国政府对国际社会作出的庄严承诺,促进发展方式转变,加快节能减排步伐,推进电力行业应对气候变化工作不断取得新成绩。7月17日,由中电联电力行业应对气候变化中心主办的“电力行业应对气候变化战略政策技术选择研讨会”在京召开。本刊选取了与会专家的精彩发言,汇编成此专题,并将持续开展相关报道。
